Beatport Hype is the Beatport promotional platform, with a suite of custom features that brings greater visibility to lesser-known imprints. Hype labels have the opportunity to get their music featured on the Beatport site through dedicated New Release and Banner slots on the Home and Hype Genre pages with a chance to enter the Hype Top 100 charts. Additionally, there are other opportunities for editorial coverage on Beatportal and social media. Now Beatport are pleased to inform you that they have added three additional Hype genres to the store: Organic House / Downtempo, Electronica and Indie Dance. These new additions will give more opportunities to smaller labels to compete for exposure on our store and get the visibility they deserve. This also means that labels who previously did not qualify for Hype will now have the opportunity to subscribe and therefore we would appreciate your help in communicating that to them.
