Getting the ball rolling in 2023 is none other than an artist that we hold very dear at Motive Records. Danny Marx returns for his latest release ‘Reach Out’, filled with a symphony of classic synth sounds, vocal chops and a bassline that’s guaranteed to get the dancefloor moving.

Guitos Live is one of the main percussionists in Portugal. Awarded several times as Best Portuguese Live Act, Guitos plays regularly across Portugal and in countries like Spain, England, Germany, Angola, Mozambique, and Qatar, where he had a monthly residency at one of the best clubs in Doha, Manko Loko. He’s an exceptional percussionist, his live acts are full of energy and interaction with the crowd, and he’s one of the main Portuguese references regarding club percussionists, playing a lot live with Carlos Manaça while also playing regularly with bands and singers in Portugal.For his first single, Guitos Live presents an ethnic journey using his favourite instrument, the bongos.Carlos Manaça delivers an Afro House electronic version using some of the original elements, but with his typical groove.
