To start off the week we have some the greatest melodic tracks from the past week…

Right after ending another top season in his Barcelona residency at NOM, Nick Varon returns to the label with a sensational new release!

Well known by Sudbeat fans, Nick Varon’s sonic journey is the product of a long career that put him on the map of the best Greek Djs around. Signed to everyone from Balance Music to Mango Alley to Tale & Tone, his deep, silky vibes suit a wide range of tastes.

Opening with title track ‘Conclusions’ were quickly refreshed on Varons signature style. Deeply melodic and utterly beguiling from the off, it builds nicely to the first drop where rubbery bass gentle caresses the ricochet percussion and crescendo-ing synths. New keys and a rhythmic woodblock keeps the energy up as the synth line billow and sway into the main drop. On the flipside, ‘Underpass’ is a darker companion. Saw-toothed synths ride the percussions building a subversive tension into the first break. Adding layers throughout, the track undergoes a transformation becoming deeply hypnotic.

We love when our label boss D-Formation supports and works with new and talented artists. We are happy to present 3 dance floor killers to your attention.

We welcome Alex Cecil with his new ‘Microdreaming’ on Lost on You, a stripped-back gem that won’t disappoint.

Microdreaming starts off nicely, with its uplifting mood-lifting you from the first beat through beats and harmonies that will transport you back to those party days when the party is in full swing. The track twists effortlessly, while the vocals sit superbly on top adding an extra layer of groove.

Oneironaut is a furious and piercing weapon, mixing dancefloor functionalism with raw and distorted sounds. The resulting cut is a slice of electronica fuelled by a few techno tweaks, with as many faces as a Rubik’s cube, as well as bass cuts, distorted chops with muffled effects, and vocals that keep things interesting throughout.

With each new production While True continues to develop his sound and traverse new frontiers. Roaming the melodic landscape of his latest single “Nomad”, we find ourselves venturing across the broad expanse of a melodic terrain that undeniably embodies the truth that it is always the journey that counts, and not the destination.

August the 5th meet a talented producers duo from  Israel Vale Tudo to deliver their release ‘You & Me’ to Pillar Label.
Two beautiful and dynamic progressive house tracks with amazing vocals will raise your energy level to the max and sync up with the overarching vibe of the universe.
Enjoy!

With the remix edition of last year’s enormous ‘Spellbound’ from Tenerfuse & Fromme we welcome back British maestro Kris Brown aka Four Candles to ICONYC Noir. The enigmatic multitalented producer has been a regular on many top labels in recent times, showcasing his huge originality and versatility. For the re-edit edition of Spellbound; Four Candles revisits the stunning original and turns it into a twisted, modern progressive house jam that pushes all the right buttons.
