This release is a very special release to us here at Homewerx Music, on March 26th, 2021 we released our very first release not knowing where this all would lead, here we are a day before that March 25th, 2022 and man have we grown. We mark this one year anniversary with a special release, another solo project by the talented DJ Patricia Starr named “Voodoo Princess.” Patricia brings that Afro House flavor, which she’s been known to favor. “Voodoo Princess” includes remixes by the talented Alex Young and Tommy Myst. ‘Soul Funkin” sees Australian DJ/producer Teddy Black return to the imprint in 2022 with a two-track EP full of unrelenting energy and those homegrown Motive vibes! The title track utilizes lush chords & harmonies atop a boppin’ bass-line whilst the second track ‘Cookin” turns it up for a jackin’ house experience filled with rhythmic vocal chops and groovy guitar riffs.
