Here we have some Drum & Bass and other Electronica bangers from the week, enjoy!
Blue Airglow is the stunning double single made in collaboration between Applefish & Spacecraft with a special reworked version from Lauge.
It is as immense and breath-taking as one would expect from these 3 heavy weights in the ambient scene.
Interstellar Ruins is the amazing collaborative track between SENSiTiZER & Man From Mars. A wonderful ambient drone piece soundscape that is perfect for traveling through the cosmos.
The sound system thunders out across the crowd. Bass rattles under foot and Furious Breaks ricochet off the surrounding walls, the lag in their return just audible above the Monitor’s crystalline like waveforms.
Just below the external din I can hear the peaks and troughs of the next transition.
This current wave of euphoria will soon be discarded, swallowed up by the next. Each moment anticipating the next as if it’s never been about living in the moment but living for the moment…
Out next on Iono Lounge ‘Matt Jah’ returns with another fresh EP called Cosmovision.
Cosmovision is an ep created with the idea of uniting different sub genres of psychedelic music, from progressive rock sounds combined with trance in “Underwater Life”, to future bass music in “Spaceship”, to dub reggae and world music sounds in “Visionary Desert. The concept of Cosmovision is therefore to unite music under a single matrix: a psychedelic journey, from earth to space, experiencing the natural elements as a guide to understand human existence and the concept of union through music.
A continuous research by interconnecting the noises of forest and the sea abysses to the sounds of space and planets. Cosmovision is a word used in particular by the Andean culture of Latin America to express the concept of union between heaven and earth using the human being as a real mediator or medium.
Cosmovision is the language that connects the two worlds.
