Out next on Iono-Lounge we have a wonderful release from a firm favourite of ours – the Italian female artist La Claud – with her album titled ‘At the Hermes Side’.  

The title track features impactful drums, eerily hypnotising lines, abstract sounds, outlandish noises and a tribal vocal. ‘Aleksander’ has a funkier vibe, and ‘Time Runner’ is an energetic track filled with fusing mesmerising melodies and a very deep bass. Whereas ‘Belief’ is a very intense mystifying track that bites.  

This collection of downbeat songs is both eloquent and passionate; using very distinctive sounds and intricate programming; La Claud expresses many moods through her music, and each track opens us up to a whole new unique complex world of its own, each with its own story to tell.

Heading home from the Ocean, Forest Sleep explores the forests and national parks around the homelands of S.O.S artist Matt Tondut. Featuring field recordings from his back yard and surrounding nature trails fused with a minimalist approach to ambient production the EP is a wonderful audio journey, especially for those unable to get outside.
