As early pioneers of progressive psytrance, Liquid Soul and Ace Ventura need no introduction.Their individual and collaborative tracks have been a huge success and as a DJ team their sets are always a special experience.Their innovative styles ushered in new worlds of soundscapes, impacting party goers and producers worldwide, and in previous years they also launched a monthly podcast called Psy-Nation, dedicated to psytrance and psytrance culture.

Back in 2006 when progressive psytrance was just starting to build momentum, Liquid Soul and Ace Ventura released their first ever collaboration titled ‘Let Go’ on the Iboga Records compilation ‘Superstition’. An iconic track at the time, it faded into memory over the past years, especially since it wasn’t available for download for a few years already.

But 2021 sees this iconic track resurfacing one again, as up and coming french producer IKØN’s new remix to Let Go connects the past with the present. With his personal goal to unite the old school progressive vibe with the soundscapes of the modern times, IKØN’s choice couldn’t have landed on a better track than to remix the very first Liquid Soul and Ace Ventura collab ever released. And along with IKØN’s fresh rendition of this classic tune, we are proud to once again bring to all of you the original mix with a fresh 2021 polishing.

Out next on Iono-Music is SunSoul with ‘Infinity’. The title track of this release has thrashing beats and a devilish dynamic bass that leads you mischievously up the garden path. On top of this come squelchy stabs, and mad crazy, emphatic arps along with deep trenchant lines. The second track ‘Orbit’ grabs you by the hand and takes you soaring off into outer space. With epic trance lines, infectious stabs and intrinsic sounds as well as a magical, majestic and monstrous breakdown – the listener is well and truly in for a ride of their life!

Gizma brings her first single on Antu Records called The Opening. Traveling in sound to new portals, this music will take you on a mystical journey through psychedelic and spatial sounds opening your consciousness to unknown places.

Sol music proudly brings you Alhyd’s brand new song: “Circus Rafara”, featuring the spanish rapper Atomik. This mind-blowing track will definitely take you to a world of illusions and fantasy. This time Alhyd brings us another smash hit with his special signature sound of fat bass lines & amazing atmospheres from each corner of the world.

Alejandro De Cruz Hiernaux (2003), better known by his stage name Alhyd, is a 18 years old Spanish/French musician, DJ and music producer that combines a wide variety of sounds, instruments and stories from all over the world with his progressive psytrance productions.

South Africa psychedelic producers have a lot to offer and this is why we are putting out a lot more from our homeland. Glyph a powerful producer from the Western Cape has been blasting out some incredible full power nightiime psychedelic and we are super amped to bring this 4 track EP to your ears and to take you on a journey into the mind of Glyph and his Divinorum experience!
