To start off the week we have some the greatest melodic tracks from the past week…

Having released his music previously on Oliver Koletzki’s imprint “A Tribe Called Kotori”, Taavi Tuisk launch his new productions on Beatfreak Recordings. The tracks are both strong wth organic elements.

CONYC One are pleased to welcome Santiablo to the label with his brand new two track ‘Mercado Sonorra EP’ to get any dust infused legs shaking. Santiablo who hails from the USA has been causing a stir with his exceptional production skills that has seen his work being released on some of the world’s finest labels.

We kick things off with the title track ‘Mercado Sonorra’ a peak time melodic techno dance floor monster which features a blend of deep bass tones, driving drum programming, cleverly chopped samples and intricately laced chord progressions, building to a massive breakdown before rebuilding to an unrelenting crescendo of energetic drum beats, chord stabs and an ever-warped bassline. ‘Mercado Sonorra’ is a club monster that growls from the minute you push the play button. 

The accompanying track ‘Tepetlapa’ is another pumping club affair utilizing a hypnotizing drumbeat as the basis of the track, before all manner of varied melodies weave in and out of the stereo field to close out this wonderful 2 track release in style. Santiablo reinforces his reputation as one of the upcoming stars in the scene as he once again showcases his huge array of production skills. Incredible stuff!
