The three-track EP pays tribute to Kelvin’s father who passed away due to leukemia. The touching EP features uplifting chords, heavy basslines, and atmospheric vocals.
The first track ‘Papa’, titled after the EP, features singer Jinadu. Undoubtedly, this track carries an emotional weight like no other. The track delivers an emotional vibe and a melancholic progression. Kelvin Lucas does an impressive job of fusing house/techno with pop elements to create a perfect dancefloor and radio hit. The second track, ‘In Between’, features a heavy bassline and a dark melody that will grasp the listeners. As the track progresses the bigger the track gets.
